1. General provisions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the rules for access and use of the website (the "Platform"), which provides information and opportunities for communication between users and suppliers/partners related to organizing weddings and events.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Platform Services
The platform provides:
- public access to content and provider profiles;
- possibility of sending inquiries;
- optional – creating a free user profile with extended access to functionalities.
The administrator has the right to add, change or limit functionalities with a view to developing the platform.
3. User profile
Creating a user profile is not mandatory. Registration is free and provides richer access to functionalities.
The user is responsible for:
- the accuracy of the information provided;
- the protection of access data;
- all actions performed through his profile.
The administrator reserves the right to deactivate accounts if violations are found.
4. Ratings, reviews and user content
The Platform provides an opportunity for registered users to post ratings, reviews and comments about suppliers/contractors featured on the Site ("User Content").
Users are fully responsible for the content of their published ratings and reviews and guarantee that they:
- reflect their personal, bona fide opinion and/or real experience;
- do not contain false, misleading, offensive, defamatory or illegal information;
- do not violate the rights of third parties, including rights of privacy, intellectual property or commercial reputation.
The Platform is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or legality of the published ratings and reviews and does not guarantee that they reflect the actual quality of the services of the respective provider.
The Platform reserves the right, without prior notice, to moderate, edit, restrict or remove user content that:
- violates these General Terms and Conditions;
- is contrary to good morals or current legislation;
- may damage the reputation or rights of third parties;
- is for spam, advertising or manipulative purposes.
Publishing a rating or review does not create any contractual or other legal relationship between the Platform and the provider, nor does it constitute a recommendation, guarantee or endorsement by the Platform.
5. Suppliers/partners
The platform serves as an intermediary for the presentation and promotion of suppliers and partners.
The administrator is not a party to contractual relations between users and suppliers and is not responsible for the quality, performance or conditions of the services provided by them.
6. Intellectual property
All content of the Platform (texts, images, logo, structure) is subject to copyright and belongs to the Administrator or the respective right holders.
Unauthorized copying, distribution or use is prohibited.
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
8. Limitation of liability
The Administrator does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free access to the Platform.
The Administrator is not responsible for:
- content published by third parties;
- direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Platform;
- losses incurred as a result of decisions made based on information from the site.
9. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
The Administrator has the right to update these General Terms and Conditions. The changes come into force from the moment of their publication on the site.
10. Applicable law
For all unresolved issues, the current Bulgarian legislation applies.
