Our Story

Planning an event is a joy, not added stress

Planning an event should be exciting, not exhausting. EventiX was created with the goal of making it easier to discover and connect with the right professionals. The idea of simpler provider discovery grew into a platform that brings structure, inspiration, and efficiency to the entire planning process.

We are Vesselina, Kristina, and Silvana, and between the three of us we have experience in event organization, information technology, and branding. We are united by the belief that planning should be exciting, not exhausting.

In 2026 we took over EventiX and saw the potential to develop the platform with organized services, event types, more cities, and a better experience for organizers and for the businesses that advertise here.

Our experience with weddingday.bg, the largest wedding vendor marketplace in Bulgaria, showed us that the model works. That is why we build EventiX with the same care: smart organization, intuitive design, and an understanding of what both sides need.
