We, VISORA COLLAB" Ltd., provide you with this information in order to inform you in a clear and transparent manner about the processing of your personal data and the purposes for which they are processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Purposes of personal data processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- providing access to the services of the Administrator and the Contractors through the platform;
- creating and maintaining a registered user profile;
- processing requests for offers and communicating between you, the Administrator and the Contractors;
- requesting and administering vouchers;
- ensuring accountability, statistical and accounting purposes;
- protecting the information security of the platform.
With your explicit consent, your personal data may also be processed for the following additional purposes:
- direct marketing and advertising purposes;
- sending information about promotions, offers and campaigns;
- participation in games, raffles and marketing initiatives;
- personalization and profiling for marketing purposes.

To achieve the stated purposes, the Administrator may process the following categories of personal data:

B. Data related to the use of the platform:

C. Data related to specific inquiries:
- Request for quote
- Event details (such as date, event type, etc.)

3. Legal grounds for processing personal data
The administrator processes your personal data on the following legal grounds pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679:
3.1. art. 6, para. 1, b. "b" - performance of a contract
The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, including in relation to:
- registration and maintenance of a user profile;
- processing requests for offers made through the platform in connection with taking steps at the request of the entity prior to concluding a contract;
- communication with Contractors through the platform;
- requesting and administering vouchers.
3.2. art. 6, para. 1, b. "a" - explicit consent
Based on your explicit, free and informed consent, the Administrator processes your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, advertising campaigns, participation in games and raffles, as well as for profiling for marketing purposes.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the moment of its withdrawal.
3.3. art. 6, para. 1, b. "c" - legal obligation
The processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the Administrator's legal obligations, including accounting and reporting obligations.
4. Recipients of personal data
Your personal data may be provided to third parties - recipients of personal data, including Contractors, as independent personal data administrators for the purposes of the services they provide, selected by you through the platform, who act as independent personal data administrators for the purposes of the services they provide, in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
5. Period of storage of personal data
Your personal data is stored for the period during which your user profile is active.
Data provided in connection with requests for offers and vouchers are stored until the purposes of the processing are achieved or until a request for deletion is received from the data subject, unless there is an imperative legal basis for longer storage.
6. Processing of data of minors
The Administrator does not purposefully collect personal data of persons under the age of 16. In the event that it is established that personal data of a person under the age of 16 has been provided without the valid consent of a parent or legal guardian, the Administrator will take the necessary steps to immediately delete them, unless there is another permissible legal basis under the GDPR.
The Administrator is not liable in the event of the user providing incorrect data regarding age.
7. Rights of the data subject
As a personal data subject, you have the following rights:
- right to access your personal data;
- right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") where there are legal grounds;
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to object to processing, including for direct marketing purposes;
- right to data portability;
- the right to withdraw the consent given at any time, the withdrawal not affecting processing based on other legal grounds, including the performance of a contract or legal obligation.

8. Automated decision-making
The Administrator does not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling, which produces legal consequences for you or significantly affects you.

The data may be transferred to Google LLC, headquartered in the USA, applying appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
The user may withdraw his consent to the use of Google Analytics at any time through the cookie settings on the website, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing up to the moment of withdrawal.
11. Relationship between cookies and other legal bases
Withdrawing consent to the use of additional cookies does not affect the processing of personal data, which is necessary for:
- performance of a contract (Art. 6, para. 1, point "b" GDPR);
- compliance with legal obligations;
- ensuring the basic functionality of the website through necessary cookies.
